Kind of a side note, but I recently went back and looked at media coverage of Joe Biden’s 1988 campaign. To get there you have to dig through years of fawning coverage (to say the least), but once you find it you realize how much the media and the Democratic Party have changed.
The newspaper/magazine reporting and the Democratic Party were left leaning, but they still had some standards. After initial enthusiasm, Biden’s lies and plagiarism were too much to ignore or tolerate, and there was a sense that he just wasn’t (and could never be) presidential material.
Johnny Carson even lampooned him on national television, something unheard of today (with the notable exception of Greg Gutfeld).
How things have changed….. and not for the better.
Mr McCormick, I like what you have done to expose this corruption and treason of Joe Biden. Would you be, say, giving a testimony at the Oversight Committee? Guess they would welcome this, a great help.
