WHO WAS THE BIDEN MOLE IN THE DAVID WEISS “INVESTIGATION”?

Here’s a revelation to add to the news about Joe Biden’s alias emails that’s been roiling the House Oversight Committee investigation. I have no doubt it will lead to the impeachment of Joe Biden — and an investigation of David Weiss and Alexander Mackler for obstruction of justice.

On the 10th of August, 2023, I telephoned the clerk in Judge Maryellen Norieka’s chambers and told her that Biden Laptop emails I had recently seen indicated that Alexander Mackler, Delaware’s chief deputy attorney general, may have been present at a Burisma kickback planning session with Joe, Hunter, and Beau Biden in Wilmington on April 12th, 2014. I then pointed out to the clerk — who was both pleasant and professional — that Mackler was also part of U.S. Attorney David Weiss’s prosecution team at the start of the Hunter Biden tax inquiry. She acknowledged my information with a hmmm, at which point I said, I just wanted the Judge to know.

And she said, thank you. And I said, thank you, and we hung up.

The next day, the 11th of August, Attorney General Merrick Garland elevated David Weiss to special counsel status.

I doubt if my phone call to Judge Norieka’s chambers had anything to do with that. But you never know. She was the one judge who stood up to the Biden Crime Family and their operatives, and there’s no telling what she did — if anything— with my information.

And now here’s how my phone call ties into Joe Biden’s use of alias emails during his tenure as Barack Obama’s vice president, which is when I worked for him as his stenographer.

The reporting on Joe using alias emails first surfaced in July 2021 in a Miranda Devine column in The New York Post, went quiet for awhile, and then it popped up again in March 2022. By then I had my copy of the Biden Laptop, given to me by Garrett Ziegler and the Marco Polo group, so I searched it for emails sent to Joe’s alias — RobinWare456@gmail.com.

And I found something extraordinary.

One email sent by Hunter to his dad at that RobinWare address occurred on a very significant date, April 11th, 2014. But no other reporter had written about it. It had been deemed “undelivered,” so probably no one thought to examine it. Nonetheless, I clicked on it and found the evidence that I know will indict Joe Biden as the mastermind of the Biden Burisma kickback scheme.

And as I have informed Judge Norieka in a letter I sent to her chambers (which her clerk acknowledged they received,) this event occurred in Wilmington, Delaware, which means it was under her jurisdiction and that of Delaware U.S. Attorney Weiss. That’s why I sent her the letter. Weiss should have investigated it, and he didn’t — because he never replied to my request to be a witness in front of his now disbanded grand jury.

Here are three screenshots of that partially undelivered email sent from mailerdaemon@Google.com to Hunter on April 11th, 2014. The first screenshot alerts him that the address he had used for his sister, Ashley, was incorrect and therefore undeliverable.

And here’s a second screenshot of that email, which is the portion of Hunter forwarding information about his daughter Maisy’s basketball tournament schedule set for Wilmington the following day. This indicates that Joe (RobinWare456,) Jill (jill.tracy2,) Beau (261penn,) and Hallie Biden (halliebiden) received the email in full. Also note Hunter messaged his family, who were all in Wilmington, that Maisy’s games would be at the Wilmington Police Athletic League, which was six miles from Joe’s residence.

The third portion of the email, screenshotted below, is the notification from a representative of the basketball team of the full schedule for the weekend. Not only have I reported extensively in previous Substacks about this particular email and my attempt to contact Maisy’s coach to confirm the team did, indeed, travel to Wilmington on April 12th, 2014, but I also contacted the Secret Service for confirmation about Hunter and Maisy’s whereabouts on that date. They offered a “no comment.”

To date, it’s still unconfirmed that Hunter was with Joe in Wilmington at any point on April 12th-13th. But no one — and I’ve asked — has said he wasn’t there. And that’s what Weiss’s grand jury could have easily discovered if they had heard my testimony, which they never did.

When Judge Norieka denied Hunter Biden’s plea deal last month, she directed anyone with business before the Court on this matter to contact her chambers. Here’s her order:

“THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, going forward, any issues or inquiries in the above-captioned cases shall be brought to my attention and not to the Clerk’s Office. Any such issues and inquiries shall be submitted in writing and placed on the docket. To the extent that the rare instance arises in which a writing is not practicable, a phone call may be made to my Chambers by an attorney who represents one of the parties in these cases or an interested third party.”

By my reckoning, as unexamined witness, I’m an interested third party. And that’s why I contacted her on/or about July 31st with this letter.

Also, I wrote this days before Devon Archer was interviewed under oath by House Oversight investigators, and the assertions I made to the Judge about Joe and Hunter’s activities to further their kickback scheme were correct.

The transcript of Archer’s interview has since corroborated that HUNTER WAS PRESENT at the meeting Archer had with Joe Biden in his West Wing office on April 16th, 2014 (so four days AFTER the Wilmington strategy session,) and he also testified that Hunter joined the Burisma board soon after that, though he was vague about exactly when. Archer also confirmed that he had his first board payment of $83,000 on April 15th. And as well, he testified that Hunter Biden had been hired by Burisma as counsel in March 2014 and then evolved into the board seat.

Given that Chairman Comer’s Oversight Committee has generated credible evidence that Joe and Hunter were operating not only a Burisma kickback scheme, but also a conspiracy to hide it (still ongoing today,) it’s baffling to me why David Weiss hasn’t interviewed me to be a witness in his grand jury.

And this where Alexander Mackler comes in. Below is a screenshot of an email he forwarded to Hunter and Beau on the very day they had their Wilmington meeting. I believe this evidence of him tying in with the Biden Burisma kickback conspiracy from its inception.

According to my Marco Polo pals, who have thoroughly deciphered the time stamps on Hunter’s Laptop, Mackler sent it at 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon, Wilmington time, mere hours AFTER Maisy’s first basketball game at the PAL concluded. The designation of UTC - 3:00 (4:30 p.m.) at the bottom of the email is the actual time it was sent.

As a family friend who lived in Wilmington, it’s reasonable to believe Mackler joined with the Bidens to cheer Maisy on while they talked business. But he wasn’t just a family friend — he was a Wilmington-based Biden operative with deep ties to Joe, Beau, and Hunter. In fact, five months after forwarding that email, Mackler would work for Joe in the White House as deputy counsel to the vice president. Though he and I worked concurrently for Joe, I don’t remember interacting with him at all.

It’s also important to note the timing of Mackler’s email for other reasons. According to Laptop emails, he sent it several hours AFTER Hunter had agreed to meet Devon Archer for “a pop up book DC visit.” That was the meeting they had with Joe in his West Wing office on April 16th, 2014.

In other words, Hunter and Devon noontime on April 12th suddenly knew they had to see Joe as soon as possible with a cover story about a book report by Luke. Why? What suddenly changed to make Devon Archer and Hunter so eager to see Joe in D.C.?

Well, what had changed was they probably learned that Joe was soon to be on his way to Ukraine. And then at approximately 6:00 p.m., the White House, made it official with a press release announcing then-Vice President Joe Biden would be traveling to Ukraine on April 21st-22nd to discuss energy security and support for Ukraine’s upcoming presidential election. Here’s a screenshot of press release and a link to a Politico article on the press release published at 6:17 p.m. Other news organizations also put out similar announcements at that time.

So to recap: Mackler emails Hunter, Beau, and Eric Schwerin a link to a YouTube video of a presentation Ted Kaufman had done the day before in Ukraine about the upcoming Ukrainian election — before anyone outside of the White House knew Joe Biden would soon be traveling to Ukraine to “ensure a free and fair election.”

Now here’s a screenshot of Ted Kaufman’s talk, which to date has amassed just over a thousand views. His topic, and you can listen for yourself, is securing the upcoming Ukrainian presidential election.

Isn’t that interesting? Note how the highlighted section of the 6:00 p.m. White House press release connects directly with the subject of Alexander Mackler’s 4:30 p.m. emailed link —a “free and fair presidential election on May 25th.” It’s almost as if he, Alexander Mackler, Wilmington lawyer, Biden operative, had inside information Joe Biden would be promoting election security in Ukraine BEFORE the rest of the world learned he was even  headed there. Maybe because he was at a basketball game with Joe, Hunter, and Beau talking about it.

And while I admit this speculation, putting Mackler in front House Oversight under oath will render evidence.

So furthering the speculation, it appears from this timeline that Alexander Mackler was tasked by the Bidens to locate and disseminate information that would be valuable to them in their Burisma kickback scheme. That puts him squarely in the conspiracy that he years later was duty-bound to investigate.

Which, in fact, he did not do. Nor did his former boss, David Weiss. Nor did his former colleagues in Weiss’s office. They’ve actually been accused by the IRS whistleblowers of hindering and stonewalling that investigation.

How would that have been possible? Well, if the Biden’s had mole at the upper levels of Wilmington’s attorney general’s office, that would do it. If you’re wondering what a mole looks like, here’s screenshot of Alexander Mackler from the Biden Laptop Report by Marco Polo.

But we don’t have to wait for Mackler to testify.

Eric Schwerin, who also received Mackler’s email, is due for a sworn interview before the Oversight Committee investigators very soon. Questions for him might be: Eric, are you aware of Hunter, Joe, and Beau discussing Burisma strategy in Wilmington on April 12th, 2014, during Maisy’s basketball tournament? Also are you aware if Alexander Mackler, Biden confidant, Beau’s good friend and campaign advisor, was knowledgeable of Hunter, Beau, and Joe’s Burisma planning? And are you aware of Alexander Mackler, who sent you a suspicious email at a suspicious time and date, was thwarting the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings being conducted by his former boss U.S. Attorney David Weiss?

If Schwerin answers yes to those three questions, he will bring down the Biden presidency, the Biden Department of Justice, and the Delaware Attorney General’s Office.

One guy, three affirmative answers, and the Bidens are done.

But even if Schwerin dodges the questions, there are other witnesses and other records that will reveal where Hunter and Joe were on April 12th, 2014.
