USAID LINKED TO SECRET 2005 SURVEILLANCE OF OSAMA BIN LADEN’S PAKISTAN HIDEAWAY
MORE OF MY DEEP STATE REVEAL, GREAT TALK WITH ANGELA BOX
For the United States Agency of International Development (USAID) the reckoning is here.
USAID, one of America’s least understood and dirtiest foreign policy tools, is due for a deep forensic examination of its dark, dark, dark deeds perpetrated around the world supposedly on behalf of the United States, but in actuality mostly on behalf of the Deep State and the global elites it serves.
News reports this morning indicate USAID’s Washington headquarters is on lockdown. That will send a tsunami of Deep State panic around the world. Be not afraid. Both President Trump and Elon Musk are empowering us with certainty. It’s about time we fully understood what traitors and criminals within our government have been doing in our name for decades.
One revelation—that you have heard only from me—is USAID’s role in what appears a secret campaign to surveil and manage Osama bin Laden as he lived in a nondescript hideout in Abbottabad, Pakistan, from 2005 until his death there at the hands of our Navy SEALs in 2011.
The questions that the USAID’s knowledge of bin Laden’s activities raise about our government as it promoted him as the central target of America’s global war on terror are almost incalculable.
But only almost.
Last week, in a fun and informative interview with Houston-based Angela Box for her Angela’s Soapbox Podcast, we addressed many of those questions. I thoroughly enjoyed Angela’s irreverent wit. Spicy, insightful, and down to earth—Angela delivers on all counts, and she was very generous with her time. I can’t recommend her podcast enough.
Here’s part one.
And here’s part two.
Now, as promised, here are more of the USAID documents that I retained from the White House trip I took with then-Vice President Dick Cheney in December 2005. These are from the press packet I, along with members of the press, received to fulfill my White House stenographer duties on what I thought was a vice presidential trip to encourage our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
But now I realize it was all a cover story for what was happening in Pakistan. Details in my discussion with Angela.
Here’s the list of high-level participants then participating in the USAID writeup of the trip’s cover story. I don’t recall if Mrs. Cheney traveled to Pakistan with us. I know she and her staffers stayed behind in the hotel in Oman, which was the regional hub for our day trips into Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Every person named on this list should interviewed under oath when the CIA/USAID operation to arm and support Osama bin Laden throughout the duration of his al Qaeda leadership is investigated.
Every person named on that list should interviewed under oath if there is an investigation of our government’s arming and supporting of Osama bin Laden.
I don’t pretend to understand Pakistan’s murky power struggles. Nor America’s role in them. The Deep State was so thoroughly involved in Pakistan, it will be decades before we fully understand what happened there on our behalf.
But I do know that starting in 1999, President Perez Musharraf was a useful moderate leader in a troubled region. And I have to say, as someone who visited Musharraf’s palace in Islamabad twice with Vice President Cheney (2005 and 2007,) I felt comfortable there. The folks I interacted with were respectful, lunch was delicious, and so I always thanked our hosts. It didn’t seem like Pakistan was as problematic as other countries during that time.
By 2008, shortly before Obama and Biden took over, Musharraf was out—impeached. He then withstood years of political and legal persecution, not unlike what Trump faced during Biden’s presidency. Musharraf died two years ago in Dubai.
Pakistan’s possession of the capabilities for nuclear weapons and a willingness to ally itself with America’s efforts to quell Islamic radicalism made it and President Musharraf popular, at least publicly, with Bush and Cheney. In my opinion, it would follow that Musharraf was allowing bin Laden to be surveilled and managed in Abbottabad in a secret agreement, which Cheney apparently managed in person.
Here’s another USAID document which details the level and methods of that 2005 earthquake assistance. Not once in the 20 years since have we sent so much military and diplomatic personnel to Pakistan for any natural disaster. Neither Vice President Biden, nor Vice President Pence ever traveled to Pakistan to assert our close relationship with that country.
Note the number of helo sorties and understand that earthquake relief is a great cover story—both locally and globally—for a massive intelligence-gathering operation. Recall this relief effort followed by just one year another massive U.S. operation that blanketed the region to assist survivors and local governments after the devastating Indian Ocean Tsunami of December 2004.
And let correct my misspeaking in the videos with Angela. When I said hurricane relief, I meant earthquake relief.
Vice President Cheney returned to Pakistan in 2007. Here’s a photo of him and me outside of the military transport plane that flew us there. While that trip included a stopover at President Musharraf’s Islamabad palace, we did not tour the countryside to review earthquake relief as we had in 2005. But there was very strange development after we left Pakistan, and I’ll have more on that in a future Substack.
I am just scratching the surface of this story now, and I’ll publish more as I develop further information.
Stay tuned.

There is so much involved in this story. I hope you do expise it. However, I don't believe the government and the script on Ben Laden. I believe he had already died and someone else was sacrificed as were the special ops people. Governments lie. They NEVER tell the truth. Not about anything. And one other thing. I got your book about Biden. Biden NEVER did anything good for the people. Never. He was a grifter all along as was his family.
Beyond fascinating, looking forward to more.
