MYROSLAVA GONGADZE, JOE BIDEN, AND THE TYRANY OF EVIL MEN

Last week, before Vladimir Putin waged war on his neighbor, I asked global social media for assistance to find the woman seen in the photo above (then without the identifying caption). In the headline of the post I wrote “to help save Ukraine.”

Sigh.

My hope was she could answer a couple of questions I had about a consequential remark I heard Joe Biden make on Air Force Two during a White House trip we took together to Morocco, Ukraine, and Turkey in 2014.

And let’s be clear, there’s no such thing as a consequential remark by a vice president, especially one as weak and corrupt as Joe Biden. But as a vice president who illegitimately assumed the presidency, this particular remark was eerily prescient of what history will record as his betrayal of Ukraine.

And that history starts here.

Well, thanks to my friend Garrett Ziegler, with www.marcopolousa.org, I learned my fellow traveler’s identity is Myroslava Gongadze, the recently named chief of the Voice of America’s Eastern Europe Bureau based in Kyiv, Ukraine. See below.

My next move was to email the Voice of America public relations department to see if she, busy as she was covering the Ukraine-Russia unrest, now invasion, could give me a few minutes on the phone to help me clarify the chain of events of that trip. Given her position and the involvement of Joe Biden, it wasn’t an unreasonable request. I was confident she’d remember the trip. I mean, Joe Biden inviting her to join him on Air Force Two for a triumphant return to her homeland, that’s a big **** deal.

VOA got right back to me about it.

I had already recovered most of the itinerary of that trip in a review of Obama White House documents. The best of the lot was a transcript of a punchy background press briefing on Air Force Two during which I recalled Myroslava’s effectiveness. Her probing and insightful questions were the best I’d ever heard on the topic of Ukraine’s democratic aspirations. She had the briefers tripping over themselves to keep up with her. The other reporters could only watch as she singlehandedly took over the briefing. At that point I thought she was a journalist demanding truth of power. Very impressive. In fact, so impressive that I’ll devote my next Substack to a deep dive of that briefing.

Here’s a screenshot of the front page of the transcript. And understand, because of the algorithm fortress that Google has erected around Joe Biden, it is almost impossible for rightfully curious Americans to access this official Obama White House document that they PAID FOR. I know this because I have been searching Joe Biden facts on Google since I first started working for him in 2011. To say his history has been scrubbed from the Internet is an understatement. Since I know critical details of where, when, and who, I can dig deeper and dirtier.

It’s important to note here that transcript is the genesis of this Substack. Not only does it give a snapshot into the ObamaBiden thinking on Ukraine at the time, and how they have repeated those lies over and over, right up to the point of Putin’s invasion, but as well, it reveals how the press relayed those lies to the public. Most importantly though it shows how one reporter’s tough questions wrung the “Putin is in charge” truth out of Joe Biden, which now seven years later is what the world is seeing.

Notably, Joe was not part of this transcribed briefing. It was at another point in the trip that he wandered back to visit with reporters in an off-the-record discussion, of which there was no transcript or recording.

Got that, no official record of Joe’s consequential remark. Think that’s why he did it? Yeah, me too.

So back to my email to VOA. My intention was to interview Myroslava’s for her recollection of that off-the-record discussion — but more importantly to see if she HAD a recollection of it — because while I recall verbatim what Joe Biden said, and who he said it to, other details of that event are not as clear in my memory. And one of the details to clarify is her presence during that discussion — was she there, does she remember it. Because I have a vague memory of her staying behind in Ukraine and missing the second half of the trip.  And if she had dropped off in Kyiv, her absence would be important in understanding the context of Joe’s comment. Only she can tell me if she heard that comment because the only people who know of it’s existence are Joe, who blurted it out, and the half dozen of us within earshot. So Myroslava’s memory of that, if she has it, is important.

I also realized as I put her name to her photo that I had erred in my global social media post by reporting that her husband was killed in the Maidan Demonstrations in 2014. In fact, it was in 2000 that Georgiy Gongadze, editor of a website critical of then Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, was kidnapped, murdered, and dismembered by Ukrainian officials in Kyiv. It seems Myroslava Gongadze knows all too well of the tyranny of evil men, especially as it pertains to Ukraine. And as someone who traveled to Ukraine three times with Joe Biden, and saw firsthand its people’s yearning for freedom, and unknowingly then but certainly now Joe Biden’s betrayal of them, I feel awful for Mryoslava and her homeland.

In Myroslava’s case, at least, she got out. The United States of America offered her her and her daughters refuge after her husband’s murder. According to her Voice of America profile, she was granted political asylum in the United States in 2001 and has worked for VOA for 17 years. She is a highly respected journalist and principled advocate for freedom of the press — and this is important to recognize — who is PAID by the government of the United States. In other words, she’s a government employee who cares what her bosses think of her.

Ultimately I was not permitted to contact Myroslava. Here’s a screenshot of the reply from Voice of America spokesman Jim Fry denying my request to interview her. I don’t take exception to the denial. Jim is following VOA rules and the law. Plus, he’s a government employee who is looking out for his job. I certainly support him in that. Just as I support the VOA’s stated mission having Myroslava lead “expanded coverage of a region threatened by hybrid  warfare and disinformation.”

But at what point does VOA accurately report Joe Biden’s treachery and corruption with Burisma and Hunter in the context of Putin’s invasion? Do they consider the fact that Putin has compromised the Bidens since 2014 a reportable truth or misinformation? And if they have decided, like a lot of “news organizations,” that it’s misinformation, is that because Joe and Barack’s minions told them it was? So is the government agency that purportedly works for all Americans simply amplifying an ObamaBiden coverup as fact?

What’s up with that, VOA?

Myroslava Gongadze has a deep understanding of Ukraine, and tragically what she and the VOA are doing is exactly the kind of government-sponsored misinformation her husband fought to end. To his death. What does she know of Joe and Hunter’s corruption there? I’ve looked through her reporting and seen no mention of it. I have to believe that’s intentional. And I’m sure she understands that once Putin sweeps through Ukraine, all evidence of Joe and Hunter’s business with Burisma vanishes beneath his tank treads. In fact, Burisma itself vanishes. Forever.

See how that works, Myroslava, your Ukraine descends into tyranny, but Joe and Hunter and Devon and Barack get off scott-free. If you don’t recognize that as the tyranny of evil men, you don’t understand evil or tyranny.

Myroslava, you interviewed Tony Blinken one month ago and never asked if because of Joe’s questionable past in Ukraine, was he, as the president of the United States, greenlighting Putin’s plans. Readers of my previous Substacks will know I’ve been making that prediction for months. It’s a fair question of a sleazy secretary of State. And you didn’t ask it.

Smells like tyranny.

Facts I have brought to light reveal Tony Blinken is as much a part of Joe Biden’s Ukraine betrayal as Hunter Biden and Devon Archer. I hate to quote Vladimir Putin, but on this point he’s right. Here’s a passage from Putin’s speech from February 21st as he outlined his plans for Ukraine:

“Corruption, which is undoubtedly a challenge and a problem for many countries, including Russia, had taken on a special character in Ukraine. It has literally impregnated and corroded Ukrainian statehood, the entire system, all branches of power.”

That’s Vladimir Putin calling out Ukrainian corruption. Myroslava, wouldn’t you agree with him? Your boss Joe Biden does. Joe used say almost as his mantra on Ukraine, “If Ukraine can’t fix its corruption, it doesn’t matter who’s in charge.”

And now we’re seeing who’s in charge. Tragically.

But it wasn’t that long ago, Myroslava, that Hunter and Devon Archer were themselves cashing in on that corruption, mightily. John Kerry’s stepson Chris Heinz had a go at it for awhile too. As I outlined in my Substack titled Joe’s Heavenly Hundred Lie, Hunter’s company received millions from Putin’s pal Yelena Baturina. And Barack and Joe and Tony knew. About all of it.

Here’s more of what Vladimir Putin said:

“Radicals exploited people’s legitimate discontent, saddled on the protest and led the Maidan to a coup d’etat in 2014. In the process, they received direct support from abroad. Material support from the U.S. Embassy to the so-called protest camp on the Maidan in Kyiv, according to our information, amounted to one million dollars per day. Other very large amounts were brazenly transferred directly to the bank accounts of opposition leaders.”

Note how Putin focused in on 2014. He knew that’s when it started with the Dirty Bidens in Obama’s corrupt White House because he had his pal Yelena Baturina set it in motion. And now he’s ending it … and Ukraine.

How’s that sit with you, Myroslava? What do you do with this knowledge? I think talking to me for my Substack would be a step in the right direction. We could discuss the tyranny of evil men.
