LAPTOP: HUNTER INTROED KLAIN AND METABIOTA CEO WEEKS BEFORE OBAMA-XI WUHAN RESEARCH PACT
“Can we intro Nathan to the Ebola Zsar today?”
As part of his duties with Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, Hunter Biden secretly connected biowarfare contractor Metabiota’s CEO Nathan Wolfe to Obama/Biden Ebola Czar Ron Klain in October 2014 just as President Barack Obama was finalizing the infectious disease agreement with Chinese President Xi Jinping that resulted in American taxpayers funding gain-of-function biowarfare research by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Laptop emails reveal.
This development inserts Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Ron Klain, Joe’s most trusted operative, and Metabiota CEO Nathan Wolfe into the chain of events which ultimately unleashed the biowarfare attack of the Wuhan Virus pandemic, causing untold worldwide suffering, impoverishment, death, and ultimately the 2020 election steal that put Joe Biden in the White House as our illegitimate president.
Ron Klain managed Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign and is now his Chief of Staff. I am alleging: To achieve their White House dream, Joe and Ron in conjunction with Xi Jinping created the circumstances of a global pandemic, the proof of which can be found in Hunter’s Laptop.
Here’s a screenshot of the October 21, 2014, email from Rosemont Seneca Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) principal John DeLoche to Hunter Biden and the rest of their colleagues. Hunter’s name tops the send list since his entreaty to his father would have Klain immediately welcome a meeting with Wolfe.
The sender, John DeLoche, was one of several men then working in conjunction with Hunter Biden in the venture capital investment firm Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP.) The others were Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s now estranged business partner/enabler; Rob Walker, another business partner since outed as a Biden goon by Tony Bobulinski’s account of “the big guy;” Devon Archer, Hunter’s since convicted felon wingman; and Neil Callahan and William Lee, both veteran biotech investors.
Interestingly, none of these former associates of Hunter will admit to their RSTP efforts on their LinkedIn profiles, though all of them profited handsomely from the Wuhan Virus pandemic. I’ll explain that in greater detail later.
The “Nathan” DeLoche referred to in the email is eminent virologist Dr. Nathan D. Wolfe, founder and chairman of the board of Metabiota, the defense contractor that developed the biolabs that Vladimir Putin listed as one of many reasons to expand his eight-year-old invasion of Ukraine this past February. The Biden administration has only recently admitted Metabiota’s biolabs actually do exist in Ukraine.
Natalie Winters and Raheem Kassam broke the story in The National Pulse that Hunter Biden and RSTP not only invested in Metabiota at the same time as they were transacting with Ukrainian natural gas producer Burisma Holdings, but also they used their connections to set Metabiota up with lucrative Department of Defense contracts that included work in Ukraine. So while Wolfe promotes Metabiota as an altruistic pandemic prediction and modeling company, it has, with Hunter and Joe Biden’s backing, been in the biodefense business since April 2014. And while Americans didn’t know that, Putin and Xi most certainly did.
There’s a lot to explain about the connection between the Bidens, Metabiota, and the Wuhan Virus pandemic, so please bear with me as I roll out the back story, and since there’s much more to it than I’ll share today, you might even consider a paid subscription to help it along.
It was the wording of DeLoche’s email that caught my eye. To date I haven’t seen any other reporting on it. Probably because he didn’t use full names, others have overlooked it. But since I was there in ObamaBiden White House, I immediately recognized the significance of the Ebola Tsar.
There was a lot going on just then with the deadly Ebola outbreak in East Africa. A prominent American businessman named Donald Trump was mercilessly attacking President Obama on Twitter for allowing the disease to infect Americans on American soil. Though it was a headline news story for several weeks, in the end, there were less than a dozen Ebola cases in the U.S. and only three deaths. No one who contracted Ebola in the U.S. died from it.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, there were over 27,000 Ebola cases internationally, which resulted in over 11,000 deaths. The CDC also reported their Ebola website racked up over 56 million views — huge for a relatively, as of then, low-profile government agency.
China certainly took note, sending several teams of People’s Liberation Army virologists to East Africa to “investigate” and “assist.” One of them went by the Westernized name of George Gao. I’ll explain more about him later too.
With the mainstream media ratcheting up America’s fear of that deadly virus and Trump blasting him on Twitter, Obama was compelled to name an Ebola Czar. Joe Biden stepped in and put Klain in the slot. No one blinked. The White House press dutifully rolled over and woofed. Only Senator Ted Cruz questioned why the ObamaBiden White House had named a political operative rather than an infectious disease expert to be Ebola Czar.
But Joe Biden knew and so did Hunter, and so did Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping.
And now so do we.
The timing of the DeLoche email — Tuesday, October 21st, 2014 — was also significant. A week earlier, October 14, 2014, Nathan Wolfe had published an op-Ed in The Wall Street Journal titled: “No More Ebola Whac-a-Mole,” in which he argued for a “sustained, coherent policy” for preventing pandemics, though he certainly didn’t include the information that his company was tied closely to Hunter and Joe Biden and DOD biowarfare projects.
Then three days later, on October 17th, 2014, two events occurred that would dramatically shape the 2020 presidential election: Ron Klain was named Ebola Czar by President Barack Obama and John Holdren, director of the Obama’s Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP,) announced a government-wide pause in funding for gain-of-function research in U.S. government virology programs.
Here’s a screenshot and a link to a National Public Radio website story on the Klain announcement. Be careful if you tap the link to read this, it will infuriate you how much taxpayer money Obama spent setting us up for the Wuhan Virus pandemic — NPR Ebola Timeline
I’m not yet sure if it’s coincidence or conspiracy that the two events occurred simultaneously. Though it must be said the Klain announcement, which was certainly a Joe Biden power move, received much more attention, mostly because of the media’s sudden infatuation with Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
With Klain pulling the levers offstage, Fauci rose to national prominence as an American healthcare superhero. He was all over television. He was in the Oval Office with Obama. He brought an Ebola-infected nurse to Bethesda for special treatment at the National Institutes of Health and saved her. Within a few short weeks, America looked up to Anthony Fauci with gratitude and appreciation. The glorified Fauci reveled and preened in the attention. And his new benefactor, Ron Klain, took note.
By November, the Ebola fright had largely passed. Patients were recovering. Mitigation techniques were working. Heaps of money was set aside for research and lessons learned. But there was one small problem. Because of Holdren’s pause, none of the money could be spent on gain-of-function research in the United States by government agencies. Here’s a screenshot of Holdren’s OSTP announcement.
As it turned out, that pause lasted for two and a half years. Eleven days prior to Donald Trump being sworn in as president on January 20, 2017, OSTP Director Holdren reinstated government funding for gain-of-function research, which then boosted research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and at other labs in the U.S.
Here’s the screenshot and link to that announcement — OSTP GOF Pause 10/17/2014
Holdren, would then go on to prominent positions with Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, which thanks to Natalie Winters’ reporting, is known to have significant ties to the CCP. He is also now according to the Belfer Center website the Visiting Distinguished Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, Xi Jinping’s alma mater.
Recall the spring of 2020, when the Democrats were politicizing Trump’s early containment efforts for the Wuhan Virus pandemic? I certainly do. Here’s an example of Holdren chastising Trump in a Newsweek article dated May 26th, 2020. Recognize the faces in the photo at the bottom? I certainly do. The media of course welcomed Holdren’s highly critical “analysis” of Trump’s efforts, but reasonable Americans, given our hard-won hindsight of the Wuhan Virus pandemic, should ask: Do we still trust John Holdren’s science?
But back to Klain and Wolfe and Hunter’s RSTP duties. I searched White House Visitor Logs for 2014 and 2015 and found no listings of a Nathan Wolfe-Ron Klain visit.
My search did, however, reveal Ron Klain along with Ted Kaufman and Mike Donilon met with Joe Biden at the Vice President’s Residence on August 27th, 2014. That meeting was tacked onto a going-away reception for Jake Sullivan, who was departing his role as Joe Biden’s national security advisor. This was during the time period when Ebola was a growing public relations problem that needed to be addressed. It’s quite likely Klain’s Ebola Czar appointment arose from this meeting.
Eventually Ebola Czar Ron Klain did have an office in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB.) Room 300 was where most of his visitors were directed. But there’s nothing in the logs about Wolfe meeting him there. Nor are there any further Laptop emails referencing a Wolfe-Klain meeting.
Wolfe eventually did make it into the White House for a couple meetings, but I’ll hold off explaining those for now.
That said, I have no doubt Hunter and Joe impressed upon newly installed Ebola Czar Klain the importance of meeting or phoning with Nathan Wolfe of Metabiota, which based on the Wuhan Virus pandemic chain of events, I’m sure he did.
It’s also important to note that Ron Klain’s return to service, was a great opportunity (or plan) for him to reunite in the White House with fellow Biden operatives Tony Blinken, then a senior aide in the National Security Council, and Steve Richetti, then Joe Biden’s chief of staff. That terrible trio now forms the core of the Biden loyalists in his administration.
But back to 2014 and the back story. Fall/winter of that year was tough for Joe Biden. His eldest son, Beau, was gravely ill, and Joe was lying to himself about it. His middle son Hunter was in a downward spiral of drug, alcohol, and selfie sex addiction, and Joe was lying to himself about it. His daughter Ashley, according to her diary, was struggling with self-esteem and body image issues, and Joe was lying to himself about it. But in Joe’s mind, none of that mattered to him as much as obtaining the presidency. He thought it was within his grasp, and he wanted it desperately.
But the media had Hillary Clinton as the favored Democratic candidate, with old warhorse Joe Biden heading out to pasture. And Joe didn’t see it like that.
Those were also tough times for Obama. ISIS was brutalizing innocents with devastating effectiveness in Iraq and Syria, and Team Obama (mostly Tony Blinken) was lying about it. There was a crisis of unaccompanied minors from Central America at the U.S. Southern Border, and Team Obama was lying about it. Putin had his way with Ukraine, and Team Obama (mostly Joe Biden) was lying about it. Barack Obama had over promised and under delivered on Obamacare, and he was lying about it (and Democrats would soon lose the Senate because of it.) And China was developing into a rival economic power with intentions of dominating the world, and Team Obama was lying about that too.
So what did Obama do? From the looks of it, exactly what the Chinese wanted him to do (and probably because of Joe Biden’s advice) — he made a disastrous biowarfare deal with Xi Jinping. Here’s a screenshot of the infectious disease collaboration agreement Obama signed with Xi in November 2014, in Beijing at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit.
This was a strange development that has had no media attention then or since. Even as the Wuhan Flu pandemic raged and questions about the U.S. involvement in the Wuhan Institute of Virology were legitimately raised, no one in the media pegged it back to this Obama-Xi agreement.
The obvious question is why was Obama suddenly so interested in infectious disease research with China in November 2014. And with Ebola concerns easing, why make it a priority item in his meeting with Xi ?
High-level Obama administration documents released a couple of months prior to that agreement offer a clue. On July 9-10, 2014, a host of senior administration officials, including John Holdren, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, and Secretary of State John Kerry met with their counterparts in Beijing for the sixth round of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue. Their discussions were highly detailed, very technical, and designed to generate long desired shared opportunities.
They were also laying the groundwork for Obama’s upcoming trip to Beijing for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit. So if Obama was planning to announce an infectious disease collaboration with Xi in November, his crew would definitely discuss it in July. Right?
Treasury Secretary Lew led the delegation and Treasury prepared a detailed report on everything they discussed. Nowhere does it mention a proposal to join with China on researching infectious diseases or Ebola. On July 9-10, 2014, even with John Holdren, Obama’s star scientist in attendance, not a single word on collaboration in infectious diseases. Here’s a link to the report —Treasury Press Release 7/10/2014
The State Department account of the meetings mentions the U.S. sharing information with China on infectious diseases, but nothing about Ebola, just influenza and malaria. Nor was it a priority. Their itemized list had infectious disease response at at number 91, just ahead of smoke-free workplaces at number 92.
Plainly, in July, three months before the Obama-Xi agreement that eventually set the stage for the Wuhan Virus pandemic, neither Obama’s chief scientist, nor his Secretaries of State and Treasury breathed a word on that topic to their Chinese counterparts. So who had the idea for that agreement?
