JOE BIDEN WORKED WHITE HOUSE PHONES FOR HUNTER/BURISMA
TIED SHOKIN DISMISSAL TO $1 BILLION LOAN ON NOVEMBER 5, 2015 CALL w/POROSHENKO
Then-Vice President Joe Biden Meets With then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the House with Chimeras, Kyiv, December 7th, 2015
On November 5th, 2015, two days after an urgent Hunter Biden email reply to a key Burisma executive, then-Vice President Joe Biden in a phone call with Ukrainian President Petro Proshenko changed U.S. policy and made the United States’ offer of a $1 billion IMF loan guarantee set for Ukraine “contingent on continued Ukrainian progress to investigate and prosecute corruption.”
One month later, after a series of meetings with Poroshenko and Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsenyi Yatsenyuk in Ukraine, Biden during a private, in-person meeting with both men threatened to withhold the loan guarantee if they didn’t fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin who was then investigating Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky.
That was the incident Joe Biden described in the infamous 2018 video of him boasting to the Council of Foreign Relations when he said: “I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch, he got fired.”
In other words, White House documents and Biden Laptop emails prove Joe Biden was on November 5th and December 8th, 2015, fulfilling the request that Burisma executive Vadym Pozharsky’s emailed Hunter on November 3rd, 2015.
It’s as if Burisma sent Joe, through Hunter, a how-to list of what they needed from the Office of the Vice President, and he followed it to the letter. That’s malfeasance, an impeachable offense.
Here’s a screenshot of the email reply Hunter sent to Pozharskyi on November 3rd, 2015. The key phrase is “We’ll get back to you ASAP.” In other words, big priority.
The cover story was that they were discussing hiring Blue Star Strategies, a lobbying firm, to represent Burisma in Washington, D.C. But the reality was Hunter was actually lobbying Joe to do Burisma’s dirty work.
Very important dirty work.
Turns out, it’s extremely rare for Hunter to use ASAP in his emails. I searched through Marco Polo’s Biden Laptop Emails website for ASAP and found that from 2010 through November 3rd, 2015, Hunter Biden only typed that abbreviation for “as soon as possible” into an email half a dozen times — twice with Vadym Pozharskyi. He certainly received hundreds of emails with the ASAP abbreviation, but he rarely used it. But for this message, two days before Joe made his call, he did.
And look what happened.
One of the “deliverables” Pozharskyi requested was a “visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay's issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”
Joe Biden was that “influential” U.S. policymaker Pozharskyi demanded.
And so he went to work for him, beginning with his November 5th, 2015, phone call to Poroshenko, as documented in the screenshot below. The key phrase of the readout is “contingent on continued Ukrainian progress to investigate and prosecute corruption.”
This was Joe Biden with his West Wing office phone — with his staff in attendance — leveraging a substantial offering of assistance from the United States (read taxpayers) to a foreign government solely for his personal benefit. When the then-Vice President of the United States declared the $1 billion loan guarantee “contingent on continued Ukrainian progress to investigate and prosecute corruption,” he was actually requesting Poroshenko to remove the investigator who was about to uncover the kickback scheme he had masterminded with his son Hunter and Burisma.
And this was a kickback scheme that was also being covered up by Barack Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry, Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt, Attorney General Eric Holder, as well as lesser administration officials — such as Amos Hochstein, Kate Bedingfield, and Jake Sullivan.
Eight days later, the ObamaBiden White House announced Joe’s next visit to Ukraine would occur on December 7th-8th, 2015. And Pozharskyi immediately emailed Hunter Biden the satisfying news.
This was the trip during which Joe hammered home his threat to the Ukrainians in person. Hammered is an interesting word on this matter. I used it specifically in this case because it also made a curious appearance in a background press briefing given days before Joe left for his trip. Here’s how it was used in an unidentified reporter’s question:
“And the second question concerns the somewhat blunt statement by the U.S. ambassador in September about the Prosecutor General's Office and their ability or unwillingness to reform their anti-corruption bureau. And how hard is the Vice President going to be I guess hammering his Ukrainian colleagues on this matter? Are there concerns that the Prosecutor General's Office or the President's Office are not up to the task to really putting through bona fide anti-corruption statutes and reforms?
Hammered was an odd word choice for a supposed unbiased American reporter covering the Vice President. It’s a loaded term in the context of this question. More like something a Biden fanboy would say. Seems like that “reporter” presumed the Ukrainians needed to get rid of Prosecutor General Shokin. To me, it’s the kind of question a Biden staffer would have used, or maybe it was planted by a Biden staffer for the “reporter” to ask it that way.
And then, of course, the senior administration official’s response generously brought Ambassador Pyatt directly in as an authority on the subject. By the way, I don’t recall who the questioners or the senior administration officials were, but Kate Bedingfield — who hosted the call might remember —especially if she was directed to testify by the House Oversight Committee.
Final point. Joe’s November 5th, 2015, call directly changed U.S. policy in regards to corruption in the Prosecutor General’s Office. Before that call there was no linkage between the IMF loan guarantee and the Ukrainian government investigating and prosecuting corruption.
But there WAS something from Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt on corruption in the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office. On September 25th, 2015, Pyatt delivered a scathing review of Shokin’s conduct related specifically to the case of Mykola Zlochevsky’s $23 million money transfer which was frozen by the United Kingdom Serious Fraud Office in early 2014. Here’s a link to his speech.
Pyatt put the blame for the bungled case entirely on Shokin. But that criticism was unfair — or intentionally misleading. Shokin was not the prosecutor general at the time that case unraveled in December 2014. Shokin was appointed later, on February 10th, 2015.
And part of the reason why the British judge threw the Zlochevsky case out and released his questionable $23 million back to Cyprus was sloppy work by the lawyers in the United Kingdom Serious Fraud Office. They didn’t turn over exculpatory evidence.
But Pyatt never mentioned any of that. Meaning his criticism, while definitely ordered up by the ObamaBiden White House, was inaccurate — but effective. Any Internet search of Shokin Burisma brings up several articles on that Pyatt speech and not much else.
Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt, however, wasn’t setting U.S. policy on Ukraine — Joe Biden was. And five days after Pyatt very publicly called out Shokin for corruption, Joe Biden met face-to-face with President Poroshenko. Their sit-down occurred around the time of the United Nations General Assembly, though it’s unclear from the report if they met in New York or Washington.
According to the ObamaBiden White House readout of that meeting, Joe never bothered to talk about corruption or IMF loan guarantees. But the two men did discuss “regional energy security,” which may have been related to Burisma. Here’s a screenshot and a link.
So before November 5th, 2015, there’s no documentation that Joe Biden thought Prosecutor General Shokin needed to go. Nothing in writing indicates Joe thought Shokin was so entrenched in his position that the threat of withholding an IMF loan guarantee was necessary to remove him.
Based on that, I think a strong case can be made that Joe Biden changed U.S. government policy two days after Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi emailed Hunter Biden to request it be done. That emailed request was then performed almost verbatim to Pozharskyi’s instructions by Joe Biden.
I believe that’s evidence to impeach and imprison Joe Biden and whole lot of other people.
Stay tuned. Lots more to come.

Still nothing from the FBI about my tip identifying Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan as co-conspirators in a Burisma kickback scheme. Nor has U.S.Attorney/Special Counsel David Weiss contacted me. The evidence accompanying the IRS whistleblowers and Devon Archer’s testimony is damning. More on the way.

JOE BIDEN WORKED WHITE HOUSE PHONES FOR HUNTER/BURISMA
All that's missing to successfully prosecuting accountability for the criminals is making sure the witnesses judges, prosecutors, jailers and jurors don't wake up with horse heads in their beds and dead fish in boxes on their doorsteps.
Keep it up Mike! If anything, you are making Weiss and the Dems nervous. I guess that’s all we can hope for right now since most everybody is captured.
