IS THE POTOMAC RIVER SEWAGE CRISIS IN JAMIE RASKIN’S DISTRICT INTENTIONAL?
SHOWBOAT CONGRESSMAN HAS NO PUBLIC COMMENT ON POTOMAC RIVER ENVIRONMENTAL CATASTROPHE TIED TO BIDEN BUILD BACK BETTER FUNDS THAT POLLUTES HIS VERY OWN NEIGHBORHOOD!
When fake President Joe Biden ran the country one of his many lies was promising to Build it Back Better, but now we see the truth: Joe Biden and Jamie Raskin have teamed up to produce the worst environmental disaster in the history of Washington.
As of January 19th, just under two weeks ago, a significant portion of the Democrat showboat Congressman’s share of the $1.2 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, spawned by Biden’s BBB, generated the poisoning—either accidentally or intentionally—of his district’s beloved Potomac River with hundreds of millions of gallons of raw sewage.
Raskin is literally responsible for the enshittification of our Nation’s Capital.
Here’s the first of several video clips of my eyewitness account of the incident. And while the discharge into the Potomac River has stopped, this is but a temporary fix. There is much to do to fully repair the system and bring recovery to the river ecosystem.
To date, Congressman Raskin has said nothing about this public health and safety catastrophe that has occurred literally in his backyard. He hasn’t talked about it to the media. There’s no mention of it on his Maryland 8th Congressional District website. In fact, that website highlights his most noteworthy accomplishment as his duty “on the bipartisan Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol” and being the leader of “its legal and constitutional team.”
Is that weird and irresponsible for a Democrat who is supposedly an eco-warrior? I think so. Jamie Raskin is not environmentally conscious, he’s environmentally unconscious.
If that’s all it is. The more I dig into this “accident,” the more nefarious it is.
I say that because the media coverage of the event has been light and late. There was almost no coverage of this significant breach of the Potomac River Interceptor pipeline that serves the entire DMV region until five days after it occurred. CNN, Fox, WaPo, and the NYT ran brief stories on it a week ago, based almost entirely on this AP story that comes across more as a plea for funding than an unbiased report on a regional crisis. Read the story. There is no curiosity whatsoever about the cause of this disaster.
And I’ll have more details on what may have caused it in a future Substack. For now, here’s a quote from that AP story to illustrate my point:
“‘There’s a huge funding gap for water infrastructure in the US,’ said Gary Belan, a senior director with American Rivers, an environmental organization that advocates for clean waterways… ‘I know a lot of the wastewater folks are trying to catch up as best they can, but this is something we see and will continue to see, where these pipes fail and these massive sewage dumps occur,’ Belan said. ‘This is why we can’t defer maintenance of our wastewater infrastructure. Too often, we’re dependent on these disasters to prod us forward.’”
That “coverage” was produced mere days ahead of the major winter storm that has brought the region to a standstill. Look at photos. No snow. And then why the lack of interest since? Do you think it’s because those same news orgs found the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by Immigration Customs Enforcement agents in Minneapolis more useful to their efforts to damage President Trump?
Yeah, me, too.
But there’s more to the news coverage of this disaster than merely being overshadowed by anti-Trump, anti-ICE narrative.
Here’s a photo of Congressman Raskin grinning wildly at the signing ceremony for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law at Joe Biden’s White House on November 5th, 2021. This screenshot from his website reveals the almost $1 billion Maryland received for clean water projects like this.
I think it’s important to note that the five-year funding period for the $844 million spent on “improving water infrastructure across the state has just about concluded. In other words, having a catastrophe of this severity and scale at this time is likely to lead to a substantial INCREASE in funding to resolve the problem.
As I pointed out in my book An Almost Insurmountable Evil, that’s exactly what happened in September 2019 when President Trump cut all funding for the global viral surveillance program PREDICT II. Boom, traitors and criminals in the U.S. and China, who were profiting off PREDICT II, rolled out the Wuhan Plandemic and then got even BIGGER BUCKS to fix that crisis.
So, is that happening on the Potomac River? Could be. There are similarities. Just as I was in China and Ukraine with Joe Biden while he and Hunter were grifting off PREDICT I and II, I was also a witness to this event. By pure chance, or God’s providence, I walked directly past the catastrophe site repeatedly before, during, and after what I’ll call the sewer line breach.
Here’s the video I made to inform my kayak friends, all regular Potomac River users like myself. I took this on Wednesday, January 21st, days BEFORE the AP showed up. Note the lack of snow. Also note that it was sunny and fair, highs in the 50s. Bitter cold was not a factor in this break. I had walked by the site the day before I took that video, seen the spill, but not recorded it, though I realized immediately how catastrophic the event was. That’s why I returned, I realized I had to video it for people to believe it.
I’ll put much more about what I witnessed in the days before the breach behind the paywall. It’s quite sinister what was afoot. My paid subscribers will get the full scoop. And that makes this a good time to urge my free subscribers to bump up to paid status.
In this clip, when I refer to Merano, I’m talking about a badly polluted river in Northern Italy where we used to race back in our U.S. national team days.
