EVIL OBAMA’S POISON PILL

TARGETED TRUMP W/ PANDEMIC POLITICS DURING TRANSITION

President Barack Obama on January 9th, 2017, through a directive released by his Office of Science and Technology Policy, resumed U.S. government funding for research projects that could “produce a potential pandemic pathogen,” and in doing so, he intentionally left his successor, President Donald Trump, the poison pill Democrats would later politicize into the Wuhan Virus pandemic shutdowns that would devastate lives, loves, and livelihoods around the world.

And make no mistake, this action was as intentional as it was insidious because it occurred at the same time as Obama, Joe Biden, Susan Rice, Lisa Monaco, and a bevy of intelligence community officials were conspiring to create the Russia collusion hoax they hoped would upend Trump’s presidency.

Both actions were entirely justified, Obama believed, to return his party, with him as influencer-in-chief, to power.

Evil is the only word I would use to describe Barack Obama and all those who helped him. Their only goal was to end Trump’s presidency. Democrat voters should understand how Barack Obama used their blind loyalty as leverage to devastate their lives with the Wuhan Virus pandemic.

For evidence on the pandemic poison pill I cite a simple blog entry containing a policy directive posted to Obama’s White House website at 9:06 a.m., on January 9th, 2017, by John Holdren’s Office of Science and Technology Policy.

Here’s the quote:

“Today, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) is releasing ‘Recommended Policy Guidance for Departmental Development of Review Mechanisms for Potential Pandemic Pathogen Care and Oversight (P3CO).’ Adoption of these recommendations will satisfy the requirements for lifting the current moratorium on certain life sciences research that could enhance a pathogen’s virulence and/or transmissibility to produce a potential pandemic pathogen (an enhanced PPP).”

(Italics mine.)

This is it,  the Obama green light that officially allowed Anthony Fauci to fund the dangerous late-stage, gain-of-function (GOF) research projects by Peter Daszak and Ralph Baric in collaboration with Chinese Communist Party virologists that led to the manmade creation of the COVID-19 virus at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Understand that in October 2014, Obama, again through Holdren’s OSTP, had announced a GOF pause during a government-wide deliberative process to assess the dangers of such research. Then his 2017 decision, days before Trump’s inauguration, not only allowed resumption of this controversial research, but put all future responsibility for it on Donald Trump.

Without Obama’s politically calculated judgment, Fauci doesn’t fund Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Baric’s further collaboration with CCP virologist Shi Zhengli is halted. And ultimately Trump cuts funding for Obama’s infectious disease collaboration deal with Xi Jinping (a devil’s bargain brokered by Joe Biden) long before COVID-19 can be weaponized against the world.

If only.

What’s even more alarming is just about a year before Obama lifted the moratorium, so 2015, Baric and Zhengli collaborated on an infectious disease study that revealed to them the extreme danger GOF research posed to all humanity. And they weren’t secretive about it. They published their discovery in the prestigious science journal Nature to alert the global scientific community.

The ramifications of Baric and Zhengli publishing that article in Nature in November 2015 are immense. Virologists around the world read and discussed it. Fauci and Collins discussed it within their agencies, which were then thoroughly examining the safety of GOF research in what was then a “deliberative process.”

And those two agency heads certainly brought it to the attention of John Holdren, who then personally passed that information on to Barack Obama, who then ignored it — until he could use it against Trump and you, me, and millions of voters, many of them ignorant Democrats.

Daily Mail nails the importance of the timing and findings of the article to a T except for one critical fact. They assert incorrectly that Obama was an opponent of GOF research. He wasn’t. He was, when it suited his political ambitions, ready, willing, and able to authorize it, as he demonstrated on January 9th, 2017.

Here’s the quote indicating the Daily Mail’s error:

“But opponents — including Barack Obama, who ruled out funding for the research when he was president — say that it creates dangerous pathogens, which could accidentally or otherwise be unleashed on the world.”

So let me correct that media misinterpretation: Obama didn’t rule out all GOF funding, just some of it. Here’s NIH head Francis Collins’s 2014 explanation of the funding freeze, which was released as a directive from Holdren’s OSTP. Note that as Fauci’s boss, Collins had purview over both agencies:

“During this pause, NIH will not provide new funding for any projects involving these experiments and encourages those currently conducting this type of work — whether federally funded or not — to voluntarily pause their research while the government determines how to proceed.”

And I’m going to add as a side note, the day the Obama administration announces this funding pause is the day they also announce Ron Klain as the Ebola Czar, a development in an insidious chain of events — centered around Joe and Hunter Biden’s kickback scheme with pandemic predictor Metabiota — that furthered the Wuhan Virus pandemic, a topic which I’ve covered in several previous Substacks.

But if there’s any doubt about the evil in Obama’s motives in lifting of the GOF pause, here’s more evidence in the form of a November 15th, 2016, letter — released only days after Trump’s election victory— from Obama’s President’s Counsel of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) warning of the threat of biological attack. Here’s a screenshot:

This marks, in my opinion, the inception of the ObamaBiden operation to use the biowarfare infrastructure they created, illegally in Joe Biden’s case, to target Trump’s presidency — no matter the cost. Less than two months before Trump’s inauguration, the ObamaBiden White House issued an ominous warning about the dangers of biological attacks, and then six weeks later, allowed the dangerous research at the lab in China that eventually generated those attacks to resume.

Evil, evil, evil.

And here’s further evidence that this was a coordinated operation. The ObamaBiden White House didn’t just stop at this public warning from the PCAST, they took it one giant step further by setting up a nonpublic “pandemic tabletop exercise” for members of the Trump transition team that was held on Friday the 13th, 2017.

As indicated in a March 16th, 2020, Politico article — the screenshot of which tops this Substack — the ObamaBiden transition team hosted members of Trump’s incoming administration in a thrown-together, make-believe exercise to “warn” them of a potential pandemic. And it was kept under wraps until it was leaked to Politico to as part of the March 2020 Democrat/media psyop to achieve the shutdowns that resulted in the blizzard of fraudulent mail-in ballots that swung the election to Joe Biden.

So Friday the 13th, just four days after Obama lifted the GOF funding pause, his team puts together a warning/cover story of something they’re already setting up to trap Trump. Here’s a screenshot from the 2017 presentation that no one heard about until March 2020.

Put yourself in the audience of an incoming senior White House officials in 2016 being shown a PowerPoint presentation of a make-believe pandemic by people you know despise you, and no doubt, you’d be scratching your head as to why.

The Politico article quotes former Trump press secretary Sean Spicer, who attended the presentation, for his impression:

“‘He [Spicer] said he understood the reasons such exercises could be useful, but described the encounter as a massive transfer of information that ultimately felt very theoretical. In real life, things are never as simple as what’s presented in a table-top exercise,’ he said.”

Politico was also quick to say it was a legally required transition exercise. But nothing in the law or executive order I’ve read says that a pandemic tabletop exercise is required. By my interpretation, the key phrase is, “prepare and host interagency emergency preparedness and response exercises.”

In other words, it’s up to the departing administration’s discretion to interpret what those “exercises” may be.

Ominously, the ObamaBiden crew chose a make-believe pandemic weeks after their PCAST warned of a biowarfare attack. This suggests to me, planning for this tabletop exercise and the GOF funding resumption began AFTER the PCAST warning, which means all three activities were tied together as the first step of the pandemic fear psyop that began even before Trump took office.

And somewhat suspiciously, that law was signed by Obama in 2016 after it was written by longtime Biden operative Ted Kaufman, who was installed in the Senate in 2009 by Joe Biden after he won both the vice presidency and his Senate seat concurrently in 2008. Here’s a screenshot of just one more piece in the ObamaBiden biowarfare boondoggle puzzle.

Why is Joe Biden’s main operative the author of a law that’s eventually used in part to undermine Trump?

But Kaufman wasn’t the only ObamaBiden operative in on this Politico article hit job. Here are quotes by  Lisa Monaco and Susan Rice. As both women are Obama’s evil helpers, their motives are self-explanatory. Here’s Susan Rice’s version:

“‘Rather than heed the warnings, embrace the planning and preserve the structures and budgets that had been bequeathed to him, the president [Trump] ignored the risk of a pandemic,’ Rice wrote. (Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton, who oversaw the dissolution of the NSC’s global health security and biodefense section, has defended it as necessary streamlining, countering that global health ‘remained a top NSC priority.’ Trump, when recently asked about the reshuffling, called the question ‘nasty’ and said, ‘I don’t know anything about it.’”)

And here’s what Monaco’s told Politico, including her essay contribution to the psyop:

“Lisa Monaco, Obama’s homeland security adviser, explained the thinking behind the January 2017 session in a recent essay for Foreign Affairs. ‘Although the exercise was required, the specific scenarios we chose were not,’ she wrote. ‘We included a pandemic scenario because I believed then, and I have warned since, that emerging infectious disease was likely to pose one of the gravest risks for the new administration.’”

Monaco’s Foreign Affairs essay reads like a bullet point list of all the criticisms that were levied against Trump’s initial pandemic efforts — minus, of course, so much as a hint of that the 2014 Obama-Xi infectious disease agreement was its root cause. Nor did she admit that the lab-created virus that visited so much global heartache was funded by American taxpayers AFTER Obama set in motion a “fund my biowarfare infrastructure or else” psyop.

But a psyop it was. A very evil one. And sadly, most of the evil that Obama, Rice, Monaco, Fauci, Daszak, Klain, and Biden perpetrated may never be fully adjudicated  — unless we prove it, prosecute it, and demand punishment.
