OBAMA’S LIES AND POPE FRANCIS’S FAKE CATHOLICISM FUNDED AND ARMED THE EVIL IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL, CREDIT TRUMP AND NETANYAHU FOR ENDING IT

Where’s the bad news?

Islamic terrorists are dying by the thousands. Peace is best. War is the worst. But we are witnessing good guys/gals killing bad guys so millions of good people can live longer, happier, healthier lives free of tyranny. I don’t care who you are, who or what you worship, or where you live, that isn’t bad news.

Unless you think brutal, mass murdering terrorists deserve sympathy. If that’s the case, this Substack ain’t for you.

My Substack philosophy is to connect my subscribers directly with something I’ve seen or done that’s in the news. To me, personal is powerful. And I, unfortunately, having worked in the White House for Barack Obama, have quite a bit of personal knowledge about the whens, whys, and wheres of his payoff to Iranian terrorists known as the Iranian nuclear deal.

That said, I am briefly addressing the story of the year, the vaporization of the Iranian terrorist regime. It became personal for me due to a timely email I received from esteemed Catholic intellectual and historian Father George Rutler. Something he shared helped me to a better understanding of what we all face in 2026, as a result just some of the evil Barack Obama perpetrated on our world.

It was on St. Patty’s Day that Father Rutler piqued my curiosity about our American history with Islam by emailing me an article he wrote in 2012 for Crisis Magazine about the lies Barack Obama had spread about America’s history with Islam during his early outreach to Iran. Rutler documented how Obama had brazenly and stupidly claimed that President Thomas Jefferson had negotiated a deal with the Barbary Pirates, the Islamic terrorists of his time. As Father Rutler pointed out, it was yet another Obama lie.

So, of course, I’ll get to the details on that right after I encourage my readers to bump their subscription up from free to paid. Guarantee it will be worth it.

But first, on Iran, let me say I fully support President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu’s aerial bombing campaign that is ending the Iranian terror regime. I also support the broader coalition of nations who are directly involved in that campaign, some of whom are being attacked because of it. I mourn the loss of lives—all lives—in this military operation while recognizing that the actions of these strong leaders and brave warriors will save many millions of innocent lives and potentially Western civilization itself.

There’s much more to this story than oil, religion and death, but that’s what I’m focusing on here because that’s what I saw firsthand in the White House. Dating back to 2002, I traveled with VP Cheney to Oman, Turkey, Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan, then with VP Biden to Iraq, Turkey, UAE, Jordan, Israel, and the Vatican. Now, after a quarter of a century and much global turmoil, it appears an endgame of the deadly oil-religion conflict is at hand.

Thank the MAGA movement and President Donald Trump for that.

Thank also the billions of good people—of all religions—who prayed over and over for world peace. It worked more than most realize.

One man who prayed that prayer was Father George Rutler. I met Father Rutler at his apartment in Manhattan last fall through my friend Robert Burgoyne. We three spent a bit of time talking Catholic history and theology, and then I took Father to lunch. I’ll talk more about Father Rutler behind the paywall, but suffice it to say, there is a transcript of a discussion he had with William F. Buckley on Firing Line that has been declassified for public viewing in the CIA Reading Room.

In other words, there’s a lot more to Father Rutler than meets the eye. You’ll understand that upon reading his article in Crisis Magazine titled: The Shores of Tripoli: The Libyan Tragedy and Our Historically Challenged President, which he wrote to document Obama’s lies about Thomas Jefferson’s view of Islam. Why was Obama lying about Jefferson? It was his twisted way of soft launching his horrendous Iran nuclear deal.

In his article, Rutler wrote:

“I should guess that most of our leaders in government today could not pass the qualifying examination in history as was required for a high school diploma in the State of New York at the beginning of the twentieth century. I cite the example of a speech of President Obama at the fourth annual ‘Iftar’ dinner, a feast at the end of a day of Ramadan fasting, for assembled Muslims in the White House on August 10 in this year of 2012:

“‘As I’ve noted before, Thomas Jefferson once held a sunset dinner here with an envoy from Tunisia—perhaps the first Iftar at the White House, more than 200 years ago. And some of you, as you arrived tonight, may have seen our special display, courtesy of our friends at the Library of Congress—the Koran that belonged to Thomas Jefferson. And that’s a reminder, along with the generations of patriotic Muslims in America, that Islam—like so many faiths—is part of our national story.’

“The miscalculation about the role of Muslims in our nation’s history was mentioned previously in President Obama’s speech in Cairo on June 4, 2009 in which he said he was speaking ‘as a student of history.’ As the ‘Arab Spring’ looks increasingly like an autumn headed for winter, it may go in the annals of presidential speeches as the one most tightly packed with mistakes of historical fact: ‘Islam has always been a part of America’s story. The first nation to recognize my country was Morocco. In signing the Treaty of Tripoli in 1796, our second President John Adams wrote, ‘The United States has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Muslims.’ … And when the first Muslim-American was recently elected to Congress, he took the oath to defend our Constitution using the same Holy Koran that one of our Founding Fathers—Thomas Jefferson—kept in his personal library.’”.

As Father Rutler so accurately explained, these were all lies, and manipulative lies at that. We know that for certain with post-ObamaBiden hindsight and now with Trump’s spectacular defeat of the Iranian regime.

But think back to September 2012, Obama was soon to win re-election against cardboard Republican Mitt Romney. The ObamaBiden thugs were already partnering with Theodore McCarrick for a takeover of the Vatican and the installation of pro-Iran Pope Francis to replace conservative Benedict. All of that I have detailed in my Almost Insurmountable Evil book.

Why do I mention McCarrick? Because starting in 1997, he had been an unofficial communication conduit between official Washington and the mullahs in Tehran. Clinton knew it, Bush knew it, and Obama knew it. Catholic Joe Biden certainly knew it. It was Joe’s public affection, which I heard in his speeches over and over, for the evil McCarrick that led me to unravel all this.

Personally, I think McCarrick was a CIA asset to exploit the Vatican. His is a dirty story. Countless innocent lives have been lost and damaged because of what McCarrick and the Vatican did in China, in Venezuela, in Mexico. Jimmy Lai may be one of them. Praying that he’s not.

I think Iranians got it worst. I don’t know how many died in their uprisings against a terrorist regime backed by weak U.S. presidents, McCarrick, and the Vatican. Probably hundreds of thousands. The evil of it is almost insurmountable.

Exhibit No. 1: McCarrick is the stoopy guy in the cardinal’s bright red. He and a few Catholic bishops met with the terrorists at the direction of Pope Francis, who had as his secretary of state Cardinal Pietro Parolin. This was one of the many ways the USCCB lined itself up for billion-dollar payouts from Joe Biden. Note the date of the meeting was March 2014.

Now, here’s another photo taken only a few weeks later.

Though Obama lied about it at the time, he sent McCarrick and Pope Francis on a tour of the Holy Land weeks after this photo. Their secret mission was to promote Obama’s idiotic Iran nuclear deal. Pope Francis did not meet with Benjamin Netanyahu on that trip. That was intentional. He was told to go around Netanyahu, who was the one world leader openly critical of Obama during his presidency. Also understand, as Vatican secretary of state, Parolin was in on it. Since he’s still the Vatican #2, this evil continues. Pope Leo was installed to perpetuate it.

The media, of course, bought Obama’s lies without question. Again, I document that all in my book.

I recall Joe Biden speeches in which he promised the centrifuges would be monitored 24/7, that there was no way Iran would process weapons grade uranium. He also said he and Bibi were old friends that only disagreed on policy. As vice president and president, Joe said that out his mouth. Every word was a lie.

So, does it make sense that if ObamaBiden had McCarrick and the Vatican, Israel had Epstein? I welcome your answers and observations in the comments.

McCarrick and Deep Media didn’t let up. In July 2015, he published an op-Ed in the Washington Post titled, Why We Can Applaud the Iran Deal in Good Faith. That was a month after Donald Trump came down the golden escalator to announce he was running for president. By the end of August 2015, as a populist upstart candidate, Trump had a lead in the polls that carried him all the way to victory in November 2016. American Jews were a huge help to him.
